Originally a dish inspired by the British and cooked in a Bangladesh style using left overs, it has evolved into a hot and spicy chicken and tomato curry favourite. It can however also be used with vegetables such as pumpkin, capsicum, cauliflower red onions and chickpeas and finished off with yoghurt. Serve with basmati rice or Naan bread.
