Product Description
Traditionally French-Canadian this spice is used to make minced pork, or possibly veal, potato and vegetable pies, sometimes with the inclusion of wild game, and usually in winter or at Christmas. A pinch will liven up your sausage rolls and the sweetness also lends itself to baked goods.
Ingredients: Peppers, Maple Sugar, Coriander, Ginger, Nutmeg, Turmeric, Sugar, Anise, Cinnamon, Fenugreek, Dill, Mustard Seed, Cardamom, Cumin, Onion.
